The following was submitted in March of 2006 by Tom Conant on behalf of the artist:
Mary Tuma began her study of art as a tapestry apprentice at
Beautiful Arts Hall in Kerdassa, Egypt, while she was studying abroad in her
junior year of college. Since that time she earned a BS degree in Textile and
Costume Design from the University of California at Davis, studied fashion
design at the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York, studied theater
costume design and th (showing 500 of 1181 characters). |
