| Known for his nude-centric installations, that is arranged nude human bodies, Spencer Tunick of Brooklyn, New York has staged his work world wide. In Melbourne, Australia in 2002, police had to control the crowds while he completed his "body nude in public spaces" exhibit of 4500 hundred persons. It was part of a seven-continent tour that was documented in an HBO "Naked World". Themes are pornography, crime, death and celebration, and the goal is to complete the pose long enough for a photo shot (showing 500 of 1063 characters). |
