| A graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, Trent Tate then spent time in Hollywood, and then returned to Texas, living in the small town of Buda where he pursued script-writing for movies. However, a friend persuaded him to use his art talents, which he has done from that time, living in Austin. However, he travels extensively in the West, painting in Montana, Colorado, Texas and also Mexico.
His primary medium for his landscapes is egg tempera. |
