| | Born in Medina, NY on Sept. 3, 1879. Taylor moved to southern California in 1896. By 1932 he was a successful artist in Riverside and worked as such until the outbreak of WWII. He then worked as a draftsman at the San Bernardino Air Force Depot for many years. His last five years were spent in Portola Valley, CA; he died there on Oct. 10, 1966.
