| The following information was submitted by Alyne Tillman: Born in 1906 in Paris, France, he studied in France and Italy. Ullman came to the U.S. in 1933. He taught art at Occidental College in Los Angeles, California, and at the Museum of Modern Art in New York City. He died December 30, 1967.
