Current Employment: Co-founder, Co-editor, Angle Magazine / A Journal of
Arts and Culture
(Mr. Utter was educated in part at Case-Western Reserve University,
1974-5, and has taught painting and drawing courses at the University of
Akron, 1997, Kent State University, 2001-2, and Cleveland Institute of
Art, 2003.)
