Vincent and his family moved to Oregon in 1910 where he graduated from high school in Salem. From 1923 to 1928, Vincent studied at the Art Institute of Chicago. | A resident of Eugene, Oregon, Andrew Vincent was Chair of the Art Department of the University of Oregon from 1966. He studied at the Art Institute of Chicago and was a member of the Portland Art Association. He also did WPA murals.
