| | Born in San Francisco, CA on Feb. 28, 1914. Vincent studied at the CSFA, CCAC, and with Perham Nahl, Maynard Dixon, Maurice Logan, and Hamilton Wolf. He was a resident of Oakland in the 1930s and had a sheep ranch in Mountain Ranch, CA in 1953. He died in his native city on March 11, 1994. Member: Bay Region AA.
