| Born in Berkeley, CA on Nov. 21, 1892. Van Leer was active in the Berkeley art scene in the 1920s. During the 1940s she lived in Washington, DC. She died in Five Points, AL in August 1996. Exh: American Pen Women, CPLH, 1928; Oakland Art League, 1928.
