Henry van Seben (1825 Brussels - 1913 Ixelles) was a well-known painter of landscapes, genre scenes and portraits, a watercolor artist, xylographer and lithographer. He was a pupil at the Academy of Den Haag (1839-49), studied with H.van Hove and at the School of Xylography in Den Haag. Van Seben exhibited in 1847-1901 in Den Haag, Antwerp, Brussels, Rotterdam, Amsterdam, Leuven and Liege. |
