The following biographical information on Margit Varga is provided by her nephew, Louis Varga, May 2004:
Born in 1908 in rural up-state New York to Hungarian immigrants, Louis and Mary Varga. Father died in 1947 at age 62 as an indirect result of an automobile accident. Mother died in 1983 at age 95 in a hospice in Florida. She had two brothers, Ralph, an engineer and Louis Jr. both are deceased. Ralph had no children. Louis Jr had one child, Louis, who now lives in Northwest Florida.
