The following, submitted July 200, is from Jean Troemel.
Nunzio Vayana was very active in the arts in Palm Beach, Florida in the 1930's, 40's and 50's. He had a large gallery and also taught painting to a limited number of students. His gallery represented many noted artists of that period.
Later on, he was located in Winter Haven, Florida where he also taught. He was known for his summer art center in Ogunquit, Maine. He always preferred to sign his paintings in red.
