VINCE VALDEZ
Living in Laramie, Wyoming
A native of Mora, New Mexico, Vince Valdez moved to the state of Wyoming in 1953. Following a two-year hitch in the Army, he returned from Okinawa in 1964 to pursue a twenty-year career in Law Enforcement with the Laramie Police Department. While employed there, Vince enrolled at the University of Wyoming to study art. After retiring from the police force, he has pursued a full-time career as an artist, primarily as a sculptor of animals.
