|  A painter, art teacher, and interior decorator, Virginia Van Norden was born in California and in the 1920s began a residency in Los Angeles and in 1928, joined the art faculty member at UCLA . In the 1950s, she opened her decorating business.
Exhibition venues included the California Watercolor Society and Painters and Sculptors of Los Angeles.
Her husband was Cyril Woodbridge. She died May 24, 1985.
