Alonzo C. (A.C.) Webb (b.1888-)
A painter and etcher, he and his twin brother Hanor A. were born on April 1, 1888. Their father, also Alonzo C. Webb, was born in 1862 and he was the supervisor of writing and drawing in the Nashville, Tennessee schools for over 40 years.
Webb attended the School of the Art Institute of Chicago from 1907 to 1909 and the Stout Institute in 1911, where he studied building trades in preparation for a course in architecture at the (showing 500 of 2013 characters). |
