| Born in Vinnitza, Russia on March 30, 1897. Weiner immigrated to the U.S. at an early age. He studied at the University of Michigan and Studio School of Art in Chicago. He lived in Chicago before moving to Los Angeles prior to 1943. He worked there as a set designer for 20th Century Fox. He died in Los Angeles on May 7, 1967. Working in watercolor, oil, and pastel, he produced landscapes and still lifes.
