| | Born in Portland, ME on Nov. 9, 1888. Anna Cutler studied at the Boston Museum School circa 1910. She moved to California in 1922 and, as a faculty wife, lived on the campus at Stanford University. While there, she taught arts and crafts at the Peninsula School in Menlo Park from 1925-32 and had further art training at the CSFA. In 1952 she moved to San Francisco where she remained until her death on Jan. 5, 1975. Exh: SFAA, 1931; Oakland Art Gallery, 1934.
