| Born in NYC on Feb. 17, 1897. Ward came with her parents to California as a child. After attending public schools in Pasadena, she studied at the Stickney School of Art under Jean Mannheim, Otis Art Institute under Richard Miller, and was a sketching partner of Elizabeth Borglum. During the 1920s she had a studio in Los Angeles and worked as a poster artist for Grauman's Chinese Theater. By 1932 she was the wife of Adolph Kelterborn and later in life of Murdo McIvor.  (showing 500 of 800 characters). |
