Biography from Gallery Moderne Ltd:
| He was an illustrator of The Jack Tales and The Grandfather Tales by William Chase, an important group of folk law tales commissioned by the WPA. He exhibited twice in 1932 at the Montross Gallery in New York in exhibitions called Paintings from France and Virginia.
