Bill Wiman was born in Roscoe, Texas in 1940. He studied at East Texas State University where he received his BS and at the University of Florida where he received his MFA.
Wiman's media is primarily oil on canvas. It is through this media that the life-sized, and sometimes larger than life, photo-realistic paintings are created. His works have been exhibited throughout the United States but most extensively in the South and Southwest at the Fort Worth Art Center, the Owens Art Center in (showing 500 of 1060 characters). |
