Cathrine Westergaard began her artistic career at Kenyon College and upon completing school and life on the west coast, she returned to  New York City where she began apprenticing with one of the top high-end furniture finishers in the country.  Alongside Mary Kuzma Ms. Westergaard learned the art of faux finishing; concentrating primarily on exotic faux finishes and gilding techniques.  She and Mary began collaborating on a small collection of high-end handcrafted contemporary (showing 500 of 1907 characters).
