| | Born in England about 1900. Wight became associated with Diego Rivera in Mexico in 1922. He came to San Francisco with Rivera to work as his assistant on the murals at the San Francisco Art Institute and then worked with him on mural commissions in Detroit. Rivera painted a portrait of Wight into one of the frescoes in the Secretariat of Education in Mexico City. Under the auspices of the Federal Public Works of Art Project, Wight painted four murals in San Francisco's Coit Tower (1934) and sculpted two bas reliefs for the Stock Exchange. He later returned to England and died there in the 1960s.
