| | Born in Richmond, IN on July 1, 1885. After retiring from his law practice in Wisconsin, Williams moved to southern California. He settled in San Diego County and grew lemons and oranges near Carlsbad. In 1939 he began painting landscapes of mountains, snow scenes, and animals. He died in Santa Barbara, CA on Sept. 24, 1972. Member: San Diego AA; La Jolla Art Center; Carmel AA. Exh: Vista Art Show, 1949 (prize).
