| Creativity was a part of her life from the time she was in grade school. She married Lee Westcott and they established a home in Texas and then Branson, Missouri where they ran a hotel. She took watercolor lessons from Eloise Delaval in Hollister, and her paintings began selling well through the hotel. She has been painting professionally ever since, now some twenty-five years.
