| | Born in Iowa in 1874. Waggoner studied at the AIC and later taught there. She moved to Los Angeles in 1908 to establish the new crafts department at the College of Fine Arts at USC. Two years later she was on the faculty at Polytechnic High School in Hollywood. She was active in Los Angeles until 1932. Member: Calif.
