| | Born in Warren, IL on Dec. 12, 1870. Whitlock lived in NYC during WWI and studied with Arthur W. Dow and Charles Martin. While living in Los Angeles in the 1920s, she exhibited locally, and in the 1930s taught art at State Normal School in Fresno. She died in Los Angeles on Nov. 2, 1952. Member: Calif.
