| | Born in Wisconsin on Nov. 20, 1908. By the 1930s Wilner had moved to Los Angeles and enrolled at the Art Center School. He worked as a photo engraver in the printing industry for 25 years. He died there of a self-inflicted gunshot wound on May 17, 1970.
