Biography from American Eagle Fine Art:

Harry Wood, Jr., (1910-1995), son of well-known Indianapolis artist and teacher, was also a well known artist and teacher. He headed the art department at Illinois Wesleyan University, (1942-44), as well as Arizona State University, (1954-1971). The university later named its art gallery after Harry, Jr. He also exhibited at one man shows throughout America and Europe.
