| Harry Grant Williamson aka H. G. Williamson (1866-1937)
He was born in Indiana, 31 March 31, 1866 and met his wife Sara while studying art at the Hague. They married in the Netherlands and their first child, Marshall, was born there.
Harry did many book and magazine illustrations and covers (Saturday Evening Post, Harpers, etc) as well as landscape paintings.
He was a member of the Salmagundi Club in New York City, and the Society of Illustrators. He died November 9, 1937, in Edgewater, New Jersey, where he resided.
