| Helen Caudle Winslow was born in New Salem, North Carolina on March 24, 1916. Winslow studied under Robert Brackman at the Art Students League in New York City. After moving to Los Angeles in 1951, she further studied at Otis Art Institute. An Impressionist, her paintings embraced a wide assortment of subjects including portraits, still lifes, figures, and landscapes. She died in Carmel, CA on February 19, 2008. Exhibited: Paris Salon, 1983.
