| | Born in Illinois on Oct. 21, 1886. Webb served in WWI and then worked in Seattle for a few years. In 1927 he settled in Los Angeles and began a long career as a billboard painter for Foster & Kleiser. In his leisure he painted fine art. He died in Los Angeles on April 16, 1962. | Source:
