| | Born in Grand Rapids, MI in 1860. Wadsworth had moved to northern California by the late 1890s. He traveled about in a horse-driven wagon from which he sold an assortment of goods. In his leisure he painted landscapes of the Russian River, Healdsburg, and Fort Bragg while living in Santa Rosa.
