| Painter, bookplate designer. Born in Hamorton, PA on Nov. 28, 1884.
Webb settled in Los Angeles in 1905. He was a pupil of W. E Scofield, Nicolai Fechin, Paul Lauritz, J. W. Smith, and Edgar Payne.
While the owner of an engraving and stationery store, he specialized in bookplate designs. His last few years were spent in nearby Hermosa Beach where he died on May 21, 1940.
