| | Born in Newburyport, MA on Sept. 10, 1866. Winn studied at the AIC and was active for several years in the Chicago art scene. He moved to Pasadena in 1930 and bought a home on El Molino Avenue. He had a jewelry shop in Pasadena until his death on March 14, 1940. Member: Cliff Dwellers; Chicago WC Club.
