Biography from Crocker Art Museum Store:
| Painter. Born in Liberty, MO on Oct. 3, 1885.
Mrs. Wintermote studied briefly at the Kansas City Art Institute and with Randall Davey.
She was a resident of Hollywood, CA from the 1930s until her death there on Sept. 1, 1945. Her paintings include portraits, landscapes, still lifes, seascapes, figure studies, and scenes from her world travels.
