| | Born in Oakland, CA on Oct. 16, 1905. Margaret wed Carl Winter in 1933 and settled in Sacramento. She taught for many years at the Garden and Art Center there before her demise on March 21, 1993. Her works include watercolors, oils, and lithographs.
