Born in Urbana, Illinois. Webb studied in New York at the Art Students' League and Cooper Union with Twachtman, Bridgman, Cox & Dow. She lived in Boston and New Jersey before settling in Santa Barbara, California in 1922, where she died in 1965. She wrote and illustrated several art textbooks in addition to magazine articles.
