| Born in Bellingham, Washington, Margaret Mary Walsh was a staff artist for Western Artist magazine in Flagstaff, Arizona during the 1930s. She did numerous paintings of the Hopi Indians and Southwest tribes and exhibited her work at the San Marcos Hotel in Chandler, Arizona. One of her murals is at Arizona State University in Tempe.
She also lived in Richland Center, Wisconsin and Redlands, California.
