A zoology major at Bowling Green University in Ohio, she does in-depth research on her wildlife subjects for her opalescent glass sculpture. Her specialty is reviving the lost art of enameling on specially alloyed bronze castings. She also works with terracotta and enamel on copper, and some of her work is life size.
She has had exhibitions at the Cleveland Natural History Museum's Art Society in 1978; the Wichita Art Association in 1979, and other exhibitions in Ohio including the Clevel (showing 500 of 818 characters). |
