Born in 1961 in Anchorage, Alaska, his family moved to the Isle of Palms when he was ten years old.
Though he earned a degree from the University of South Carolina in Government and International Studies, Williams returned to his passion of painting after spending six years in the business world.
He paints images of the landscape that surrounds and inspires him.
