Born in Kansas on Nov. 23, 1896. Wilkin studied art at UCLA, Columbia University, CSFA, and with Anna Hills. She was a resident of Chino, CA by the 1920s. She died in San Luis Obispo, CA on April 6, 1990. Exh: Laguna Beach AA, 1926-32; Calif. WC Society, 1924-36; Chaffee AA (Ontario), 1943.
