| Muralist, painter. Born in Switzerland in 1874.
After studying at the Fine Art Academy in Munich, Wildhaber immigrated to the U.S. in 1905. His first studio was in NYC; he then worked in Detroit before moving to Hollywood, CA in 1920.
A commission to paint murals in the Samarkand Hotel in Santa Barbara in 1923 was followed by work in other public buildings in southern California. His works are rare.
