Peggy Watkins was born to a Navy family in the state of Washington. Her family moved across the United States and Asia throughout her childhood. Her last known residence (as of February 2008) is Atlanta, Georgia. Peggy worked on animal drawings and was commissioned for pet portraits while she was pursuing a career in business.
She received formal art training at the Atlanta College of Art, Atlanta, Georgia from Krisopher Meadows as well as attending workshops by D (showing 500 of 2066 characters). |
