William Ralph Watson was my great uncle i.e. an older brother to my grandfather Edward Bond Watson. Uncle Bill was originally Canadian. He was offered an excellent job in Chicago and immigrated to the United States. Uncle Bill painted both in the United States i.e. Eastern Seaboard (Monhegan Island and Gloucester) and in rural Quebec, Canada when he would visit my grandfather.
He was proficient in watercolors as well as o (showing 500 of 3593 characters). |
