"Robert Wagoner is a self-taught artist whose background is as varied and colorful as the western paintings for which he is famous. After finishing high school and serving in the U.S. Marine Corps. Wagoner went to college to study forestry. He later became a professional musician and traveled with a band for several years before going back to college to study business administration.
