| Ruth Veda Wattis was born in Ogden, Utah on August 1,1894. During the 1930s Wattis lived in Los Angeles. In 1937 she married Shepard Mitchell and made her home in Ogden,. She died in San Francisco on August 22, 1968.
Exhibited: Painters & Sculptors of Los Angeles, 1935.
