| Sandra Walker, an American married to an Englishman, lives outside of
London. Her photo realistic watercolors of buildings and street scenes
earned her membership in the Royal Institute of Painters in
Watercolour.
She was commissioned by former British Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher to paint a scene depicting the House of Parliament.
