Selma J Wilson studied with Dr. Walter Emerson Baum and was associated with the Baum Art School. She had her own studio in New York City after 1952.
She studied at the Art Students League and in 1956, had a solo show with the Allentown Art Museum where one of her canvases is in their permanent collection.
Two years later she had a solo show at the Arnot Art Gallery, and one of her canvases is in their permanent collection.
