Painter. Born in Illinois on Oct. 4, 1858.
Following art studies at the AIC, "Nona" White moved to Los Angeles from Peoria, IL in 1905 with her sister Emily.
Nona was director of art at the South Pasadena Women's Club from 1924 and was an art critic on the Los Angeles Evening News for several years. In her leisure she painted florals and exhibited locally.
A spinster, she died in Los Angeles on March 11 , 1937.
