| Talma E. Windle was born in Tennessee on December 12, 1914. While a resident of Santa Cruz in 1930-38, Windle painted landscapes and still lifes. Her married name was Wolfe at the time of her death in Monterey, CA on January 29, 1984.
Exhibited: Santa Cruz Art League, 1938.
